Zyliss engaged us to update the design, improve cleanability, and increase the Susi's capacity, while still retaining all the charm of the original.
Through intelligent engineering, our design team added capacity without adding materials or requiring additional force to operate. The team developed a nibbed plunger that made clean-up effortless. Best of all, our team updated the aesthetics while retaining the heritage of the original. And like the original, the Susi 2 is destined to be a classic in kitchens for years to come.
