As part of their overall brand strategy, Zyliss asked us to create an innovative, space-saving update to old-fashioned, box-shaped graters.
Our solution is the attractive, 4-in-1 Mulitigrater. The grater base slides open like a dining room table and interchangeable blade attachments drop in like table leaves. The modular design allows us to use higher quality blades, while still keeping Cost of Goods low. This design also gives Zyliss the opportunity to expand the system with additional blade options. For easy storage, attachments slide onto a track molded into the collapsed base, enabling the Multigrater to store flat in a drawer.
