Designed in contemporary colors inspired by nature, the Y-Handled Peelers are shaped to fit the hand. These tools require less grip strength to achieve a high degree of control and offer the user multiple grips (e.g. thumb at side, thumb at base of Y, two fingers at base of Y, etc.).
The length, width, and shape of the stainless steel blade was optimized for easy peeling. The integrated eye-cutter tool easily removes blemishes from produce. The peelers come with a plastic cover to protect the user from nicks and cuts when the peeler is stored in a drawer.
The final result our design team’s effort is a line of Y-Handled Peelers that enhances the user experience and elevates the perceived value of the Zyliss brand.
