
When Coca Cola wanted out-of-the-box thinking to envision next-generation vending machines, they came to RKS.
Our research and design teams began by brainstorming and testing ideas with a focus on user interaction. How best to communicate brands? How would it dispense? What sounds and visual feedback would lead the consumer through the purchase?
As designs were developed, feedback loops incorporating nationwide focus-group testing helped our team uncover key elements for this new generation of vending machines. The final result was a happy client and a design coming soon to a vending machine near you.
