This dual-barrel syringe in frosted blue and clear was designed specifically for the 2-part whitening formula used by Discus Dental. Made from injection molded plastic with minimal parts, the disposable syringe has a push-on-and turn mechanism that locks the end in place and insures no leakage. Additional innovations are the corkscrew-like mixer inside the syringe tip, which blends the two treatments together, and eliminates for the need of an O-ring.
This innovative syringe allowed Discus to achieve decisive market leadership in the home dental whitening category. Today, weekly sales volumes exceed original projected annual volumes.
