The LP3844 is one of a dozen printers RKS designed for Zebra. This compact thermal label printer was the first to feature "drop-in" media loading – a break-through innovation developed by the RKS design and engineering teams working in concert with Zebra's engineers. Zebra's sold over two million of the $1000 units and the drop-in loading system has become the industry standard.
RKS also designed Zebra's rugged QL Plus series mobile printers. These printers dominate the category and are used everywhere from rental car agencies to loading docks, from law enforcement to hospitals.
