What We Did
The EVOS M5000 Imaging System is a fully integrated digital inverted benchtop microscope for four-color fluorescene, transmitted-light, and color imaging. With interchangeable optics with autofocus, single-click multi-channel image acquisition, and an interface designed for usability, you can acquire publication-quality images in minutes. With a range of post-capture tools, from brightness/contrast to annotations and automated cell counting, the EVOS M5000 system is an exceptionally versatile microscope and ideal for a broad range of imaging applications.

We aim to create solutions that are relevant and impactful, using our approach to grow our clients’ businesses. With Psycho-Aesthetics as our foundation, we work with clients to establish a common language that can be used throughout our relationship. We found the opportunity zone for ThermoFisher to be in between the enriched and artistic quadrant of the PA Map. The feature set was simplified but more enriched and higher in self-actualization than the competitive set. Here we wanted to provide scientists with a usable but intricate bench-top microscope.

From its easy self-installation to advanced color options and Thermo Fisher Connect™ connectivity, the EVOS M5000 microscope is designed for optimal performance and convenience. The instrument offers a range of features to enhance productivity and safety, such as autofocus, Z-stack capability, time-lapse imaging, and single-click multichannel capture. It is compatible with biosafety cabinets, allowing for safe usage in controlled environments. Additionally, the EVOS M5000 is equipped with the EVOS Onstage Incubator, which provides precise control of temperature, humidity, and gases for live-cell analysis. With automated cell counting and confluence measurements in the onboard software, the microscope streamlines workflows and reduces manual intervention.
