What We Did
RKS worked with Allergan to develop an ergonomic branded syringe offering for their Juvederm line of fillers. This new offering enabled doctors to provide the best quality treatment to their patients and further refine their techniques by providing a US Ergo Human Factors certified solution that enhanced usability. The design development included a global research effort across North America, Germany, and Korea. RKS utilized its Psycho-Aesthetics Methodology to understand key pain-points with the current off-the-shelf syringes, evaluate how procedure techniques varied based on the country regulations, and test ergonomic prototypes to identify the optimal design for market launch.
