RKS deployed in depth ethnographic research across patients, caregivers, and physicians to uncover real world dosing challenges, such as measuring errors, forgetfulness, and social stigma. Leveraging Psycho‑Aesthetics®, we mapped emotional drivers and defined design opportunities that would improve confidence, dignity, and continued engagement.

How We Used Psycho-Aesthetics™ to Identify Unique Opportunities in the Project.
Using our proprietary Psycho-Aesthetics® 2.0 framework, we conducted in-depth interviews and ethnographic observation in diverse lab settings. We identified key emotional and usability pain points — such as intimidation with complex interfaces, workspace clutter, and trust in precision. These insights guided both the form and interface strategy, ensuring approachability and confidence in operation.
Our design team developed a sculptural yet intuitive dispenser shaped for ease of grip, precise control, and hygienic use. A twist dispense mechanism ensures clean, drip free performance, and a compact form factor supports portability for daily life.

We created a seamless digital companion, mobile and web, for dosage reminders, adherence tracking, and caregiver monitoring. The interface follows simplified flows and accessible visuals to foster trust and ease of use across demographics.

Our engineering team translated Aspargo’s concept into a compact, intuitive device optimized for ease of use and manufacturability. We employed rapid prototyping and fast fail iteration to refine internal architecture, airflow pathways, and delivery precision, ensuring consistent and accurate spray performance.
To support Aspargo’s long term product roadmap, we also contributed to intellectual property strategy, defining core functional claims and producing patent ready CAD documentation that captured novel delivery mechanisms and ergonomic features.
